Irritatingly, the signed edition isn’t available in the U.S. Would any of our U.K. denizens accept a PayPal or Venmo payment from me to pre-order a copy of the signed edition, then ship it to me in the U.S. when it’s published? (If this requires a separate e-payment for the international shipping, I’m fine with that.)
