Before going deep down the rabbit hole, I made sure to follow the basics. One could go absolutely mad here, so I had to pull the trigger before it completely stressed me out. It's a small room and it felt kind of overkill when I got all the panels delivered. Once I installed them it definitely felt worth it. The floor has carpet, so I wasn't so concerned with it and the ceiling was just a guess and probably a little overkill. I wanted to try to even out the fact that I have this giant vent shaft on the right side of the room.
The next thing I'm gonna do is an area for vocals. The best spot in this room is right in front of the door. I'm going to put some foam on the door and above on the ceiling to handle reflections and go from there.
