The sound and concept of this remind me a lot of the Walrus Audio Messner. Which sounded pretty darn awesome but had a touch too little drive at max
And I’m typically all about overdrives with the gain/distortion in the bottom quarter of their range. I probably should have kept it, because I bet I’d really love that Messner now.

I was actually considering pulling the trigger on a BD-2.
BD2 is never a bad choice!
I feel I'm letting the side down, but I couldn't get on with the BD2. I found it too bright and too, erm, I want to use the term "processed"? It sounded kinda false to me. Never edge of break up - always over that edge.
